I have found only 2 degrees that remotely resemble business communications in the UK (if you are looking at unis in other countries, please specify):
https://www.birmingham.ac.uk/undergraduate/courses/business/business-mgmt-comms#EntryRequirementsTab
https://www.ljmu.ac.uk/study/courses/undergraduates/2025/36709-business-with-media-communications-bsc-hons

Neither unis will require your A Levels to be in specific subjects; just meet the necessary grade requirements and you would pretty much get in with minimal fuss.

There aren't really any specific A Level subjects that really help your study of the degree - if there were, they would be required subjects in the degree. As much of the degree consists of communication as a topic, we are looking to something more akin to media studies more than business.

In other words, I would opt for 3 A Levels in subjects that you would get the highest grades in or you have the strongest interest in (provided you at least meet the minimum grade requirements of the degree courses that you want to do).

Also, if you intend to work in business communications, then you are pretty much going into a job that doesn't require a degree (in any country, to my knowledge). You would probably be better off looking at professional qualifications in public relations or marketing.
I am biased against business degrees in general though. For me, they are only relevant if you intend to go into academic research in business topics.
