Yes, it is possible to achieve a high score on the UCAT in 29 days with focused and efficient revision. But you will have to put in alot of effort and begin your days early at 5am at least.
You do not want to regret not trying your best.

I researched a bit and this is a solid approach

Week 1: Make yourself familiar to the

Understand the Exam Format:

- Research the structure of the UCAT: sections (Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, Quantitative Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Situational Judgment).
- Learn the types of questions in each section and the timing constraints.

2. Take a Diagnostic Test:
- Take a full-length practice test under timed conditions to establish your baseline score.
- Analyze your results to identify strengths and weaknesses.

3. Review Basic Strategies:
- Read about general test-taking strategies and specific strategies for each section.
- Watch tutorial videos and read guides from reputable UCAT preparation resources.

Week 2-3: Intensive Practice and Strategy Refinement

4. Daily Practice:
- Dedicate 3-4 hours each day to focused study.
- Start each day with a timed practice session for one section (rotate sections daily).

5. Focused Review:
- After each practice session, thoroughly review your answers, especially incorrect ones.
- Understand why you got questions wrong and learn the correct approach.

6. Strategy Adjustment:
- Refine your strategies based on your practice. Note which techniques work best for you.
- Focus on improving timing and accuracy.

7. Targeted Practice:
- Allocate extra time to sections where your performance is weakest.
- Use question banks and practice exams to work on these areas specifically.

Week 4: Full-Length Tests and Final Adjustments

8. Simulate Exam Conditions:
- Take 3-4 full-length practice tests under exam conditions.
- Aim to replicate the timing and environment of the actual test.

9. Analyze and Adjust:
- Review each full-length test in detail.
- Identify persistent weaknesses and focus on these in your remaining study time.

- Continue with daily practice but focus more on accuracy and speed.
- Use flashcards, quick drills, and mini-tests to keep your skills sharp.

Final Days: Rest and Review

11. Light Review:
- In the last 2-3 days, focus on light revision and review key strategies and concepts.
- Avoid heavy studying to prevent burnout.

12. Relax and Prepare:
Ensure you get enough rest and maintain a healthy routine. Prepare all necessary materials and plan your test day logistics.

Resources:
Use reputable UCAT preparation books and online resources like Medify, Kaplan, and The Medic Portal.
Join online forums or study groups for additional tips and support.

Don't wear yourself out.
Take regular breaks and maintain a healthy balance between study and rest.

Stay positive and confident in your ability to improve.

Stay disciplined, achieving a score above 2800 is certainly within reach. Good luck!

Like the above user says, it is possible with effective revision. However if you don’t think you can manage it then I would reschedule if possible.
