Offer changed from conditional to unconditional

My firm university has just sent me an email saying that they’re happy to confirm that my place is unconditional, and just gave me enrolment things I need to do, however when I went of UCAS nothing has changed and it’s still conditional, so I’m just confused if that’s going to change soon or do I contact them about it?

If BTECs were undertaken, then reuslts for some of them would be released earlier than others. We're slowly but surely getting to the embargo dates, but we're not quite there yet, so there's no need for Universities to hold off with confirming your place. Congratulations!!

Was it MMU? I had the same email this morning but when I called admissions they said it was a system error and lots of people were issued unconditional offer letters by accident. They said there would be an email to address this at some point but I haven’t received anything so I’d definitely ring them to double check.

Have you had any more info on this? I’m concerned that these unconditional offered have been sent out by mistake….
