Student Finance Online Notification of Entitlement Letter Not Showing Up

Hi, my SFE Online Notification of Entitlement Letter doesn't show any file when I ask to view it in the SFE Inbox. I have tried downloading the file, but it shows up as corrupted. Any help on why this is happening?

Hi there @Likwid ,

Recently I also encountered a similar issue with SFE when trying to access documents. I would recommend logging on from an online browser on a laptop/desktop and if the issue still occurs I'd get on the phone to SFE when their lines are open - though since it is a busy time during the year it would take you 20+ minutes to get through 😕

Hi there,

On Monday morning can you please send us a live chat on your account (from 9am)?

We can generate a new entitlement letter and that should fix this problem.
