how do i find someones socials from a holiday abroad?

i met this guy on holiday and we really had a connection. he was from the same culture as me and we were basically the same age and he got on really well with my family. he is also from UK and he told me the rough location too.
i could tell he was interested in me and i was interested in him too, but due to my family being a bit strict when it comes to girls mingling with boys, i never really got to ask him for his number or his socials and i really regret it.
i know his name, his moms name, his brothers name and i know which unis he applied for and what course and where he lives roughly.
annoyingly i don’t know his last name otherwise it would have been a piece of cake to find his socials. how can i find them??

i know this sounds really bad, but after hours or stalking i found his facebook and his tiktok account. i’m scared what to do with it as isn’t it a bit weird if i just added him?
i’m unsure if i wanted to find his socials just for my satisfaction
