Offer to help out

So I am looking into starting a nursing degree. Is there anything I can do to offer my time on any wards to help out and see how it runs on a daily ect ?

Even getting patients cups of tea and having chats ♡

You could look into your local hospital trust volunteering work on wards for things like helping with cuppa teas etc, meals and even reading books or papers to patients ( especially elderly) and you'll have to do anything else you are asked by the ward sister.

Another one is you could apply for part-time HCA nursing to gain experience.
