He hanged out with another girl behind my back

So my boyfriend hanged out with this girl at his house. His friend was there as well. Ever since then she been wanting to hang out with him alone. He told me she wanted to hang out and I told him how I didn’t feel comfortable him hanging out with a girl alone.so he didn’t hang out with her. I asked him did they ever hang out before and he said no. He lied because he told they hang out already but his friend was there. I feel some type of way about it.

I completely understand why you’re not comfortable with that. Honestly, if I was in your situation I would feel that same way. The fact that he lied about hanging out with the other girl makes it suspicious. I don’t get why he would not tell the truth. He should just be as honest and open as possible.
