Offer letter

I have received an informal unconditional offer through email on 16th July and haven’t received the offer letter until now. I have tried emailing and calling the admission team but no answer at all. When is it possible for me to get the offer letter? I really need it asap 😔

When you say you received an informal unconditional offer through email, do you mean that you applied through Clearing and received a provisional offer email?

Hello,
No I applied to MMU through UCAS and got a conditional offer in May. Since then, I’ve been sending my results to the admission team through email to make my offer unconditional. On July 16th, the admission team emailed me saying that they could make my offer unconditional. Fast forward, my UCAS got updated saying that my place in MMU was confirmed but I still haven’t gotten the official offer letter from MMU until today.

Ahh okay, I see. Thanks for confirming! We're in a UCAS embargo at the moment where we can't send out any offer letters, so you will receive your formal offer letter after 6th August. - Chloe
