Hi, I'm looking for a student room or house share from Sept 2024 preferably (ONLY GIRLS) I’ve just got my grades back and have thankfully got my firm choice into University of York for Law (LLB) M100 course. If has anything please let me know.

I'm looking for a replacement tenant for iQ brickworks for York St John's. It's a silver ensuit with shared kitchen between 4 people. £190pcm. Rent will be paid in three instalments though and you would be moving in 14 September 2024. Pls message me or email [email protected]

Yes my first payment isn’t due until October 23rd so if we could sort this this before then it would be nice plus I also would need to some time to apply thru clearing for the uni I want to go to and get accommodation for that. When does ur course start ?

Hiya, I’m looking for someone who is looking for a studio room near University of York, it is located in Vita student. The room is a single/double occupancy, for a single occupant it is £276 per week and for double they charge 20% - £331.2 (split between two people).
Bills are already included.
Contract: ASAP until the 6th of September 2025
Room location: Ground floor
Room feature: Bed, TV, Desk, Dining Table, Kitchen, andEnsuite Bathroom
Facilities: Communal and study space, cinema room, gym, bike rental (free of charge), dining area (breakfast every weekday at 7-10am), laundry, parcel collection, and 24/7 reception.
