Guaranteed interviews

I don't have my UCAT yet however some of these are regardless of UCAT

I am not sure if anyone would be able to answer my question but if anyone with KNOWLEDGE of the application process could give opinions on it. I would be grateful.

I participated in some programmes allowing to have some guaranteed interviews however I am worried does anyone now how they worked.

I have low GCSEs would these still be taken into account I am also worried about a low UCAT would the guaranteed interview even matter or would my application just be disregarded after interview stage.
For example Birmingham, I wouldn't have as high points as it usually required would this end up affecting my application.
Hey there, thanks for posting a question in the Medicine forum.

So everything depends on which Univ you are talking about for Interview fast track (every univ have there own rules about it)

So Hullyork have some programs you need to be part of but that doesn't guarantee an interview as you need also to meet the essential entry requirement and have Ucat decile 4 and above .

for Gcse if you have 6 in english and math then you still have options if you get good UCAT. So keep pushing UCAT and hopefully you will do well.

https://www.hyms.ac.uk/medicine/applying/selection-procedure

You can read it here. but my advice is also to email the univ before you apply to them. Are you in year 12? or year 11 planning to apply in year 12?
