Hey I would say if you’re really driven to improving your grades even an hour per day to start with could make the world of difference!
What subjects do you do? Is it the exam technique you struggle more with or remembering content, or something else?
I would say it’s also not just about how long you revise but also the way in which you revise. Im also autistic and I can find it tricky to use some of the traditional methods to revise so you might have to experiment to find what works for you, I can offer some suggestions if you need them 🙂.
Even though you want to improve your grades it’s also important to take time to chill over the summer- you’ll have a stressful year coming up so make sure to enjoy your freedom! Also do some things that interest you and maybe some stuff that will look nice on your sixth form/ college application.
Hope this helps and sorry for giving more than just the answer you wanted! Happy to clarify anything or answer any more questions if you have them. Have a great day

I like blurting and making mindmaps for English and history
For Science I do past papers but I dont really work with sitting and doing a paper for two hours so I do a question, mark it, take a break then do another question and I dont usually do them in the right order- I dont know why that works but doing them at random using a random number generator seems to help. I also like using running recall which is basically where you put a textbook at one end of a room and a piece of paper and a pen at the other and you have 1 minute to read some info from the textbook then you have to run to the paper and write down as much as you can remember- works best for diagrams and big chunks of stuff for history!
I like using visual notes (different colour pens, different sized writing, highlighters, doodles, adding jokes and syllabifying words to make them easier to remember). This was usually for topics I had to teacher myself because I missed the content or if I wanted to recap or learn more detail on something, mostly in science and history.
For maths I recommend Corbett’s five a day but also if you dont want to sit doing a bunch of questions I recommend blookets because theyre more fun and dont feel like revision- that applies to using blookets for all subjects and kahoots as well
For English lang and history make sure to know the question types and what to expect in exams, its makes it so much easier to figure out how to start a question if you have a plan already even if you dont know the exact question.
Hope this helps, have a great day
