Are these grades good enough for gcse Year 10 mocks

I’m taking GCSEs in a year and hope to get grades 7/8/9 in some subjects, with revision. These are my year 10 (England) mock grades, is my goal achievable?
(note: I'm doing triple science)

Math - 5 /goal (8)
English Language - 7 /goal (8)
Biology - 7 /goal (9)
Chemistry - 7 /goal (9)
Physics - 7 /goal (9)
Art - 5 /goal (7)
History - 7 /goal (9)
Food prep and nutrition - 6 /goal (8)
Religious Studies - 9 /goal (9)

“Goal” is what I aim to get in my subjects - how do I know if that’s achievable from my Y10 mocks? Do you have any revision advice?

Your goals are certainly ambitious, but they are achievable with dedicated effort and effective revision strategies. Improving by one or two grades in most subjects is realistic with consistent effort. Here are some general revision tips.

General Revision Tips

Create a Revision Timetable: Allocate more time to subjects where you need the most improvement.

Set Specific Goals: Break down your goals into manageable tasks.

Practice Past Papers: Familiarize yourself with exam formats and question types.

Seek Help: Don't hesitate to ask teachers for guidance or join study groups.

Take Care of Yourself: Ensure you get enough sleep, eat healthily, and take breaks during study sessions.

Improvement is a gradual process that requires dedication and consistent effort. By identifying your weak areas, using available resources, and practicing regularly, you can achieve the grades you aim for. Stay focused, stay positive, and don't hesitate to ask for help when needed. Good luck!

look on ebay for notes! I found these easier than textbooks and there are quite a lot of science ones!
