University’s for Law

So I’m really struggling to pick a 5th choice for Law at uni. I am currently thinking Oxford, LSE, Durham and Edinburgh. I want a good well rated uni with good prospects for becoming a barrister that also has a high workload but not an LNAT uni - thinking possibly York or Cardiff.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thank you!!!

These are all very competitive uni choices. York or Cardiff would be a good target/safety choice, but you may want to replace one of your other choices with a safer option. Law has become heavily oversubscribed in recent years. What are your predicted grades, LNAT practice scores etc.?

I know I am very scared about not getting in anywhere but I already have a plan in place just in case 🤣
I do four Alevels and am predicted A*A*A*A and then also the EPQ wich I think is at an A but I haven’t been told yet.
GCSEs 99988777 (with extenuating circumstances)
LNAT - currently around 29/30 in practice tests but hoping to get this up
I rely a lot on acedmeic work and really want to study somewhere which will allow me to be constantly in the library 🤣🤣
What are other good saftey options in your opinion!

If you’re eligible for contextual offers then some good RG target/safety choices for law could be Manchester, Nottingham and Leeds. If you aren’t eligible for contextual offers, some other good target/safety options include Liverpool, Sheffield, Birmingham, Southampton, QMUL and Newcastle. Your stats look very good but I’d be careful about picking four competitive universities, especially ones that consider the LNAT. Since LSE and Oxford are the most competitive out of those four, you might want to switch one of these out for a safer option. Alternatively, you could look into switching one from Durham and Edinburgh. Edinburgh don’t offer any English qualifying law degrees, so if your goal is to be a barrister in England and Wales, none of their courses would be suitable. They would only be qualifying law degrees in Scotland. I believe Glasgow does offer a common law degree. I’ll also be applying to study law at Cambridge, Bristol, Manchester, Nottingham and Leeds this year! Good luck with your applications

The plural of university is universities. Plural nouns do not require apostrophes. Precision in language is important in the law.
