I recieved an unconditional offer and then had it withdrawn

I recieved a Conditional offer from my firm choice but then yesterday I had that offer updated and recieved an offer letter via email telling me that my offer was updated to be unconditional and to make all the needed arrangements and submit all needed information for my Student ID and account but then this morning I recieved an email saying that it was an error and I hadn't recieved an unconditional offer. The offer left my name and course blank with the only information indicating it was meant for me being the ID number for my application. I was just wondering if there was anything that I could do as it's really put more stress on me than before and I had already recieved an offer letter compared to just a random email.
