NEA US Civil Rights

Hello!

Does anyone know where to find sources and interpretations for an NEA?

Specifically US Civil Rights would be helpful.
My question is on the Federal Government’s role.

I have some, but am struggling to complete my collection, and I need to write a draft soon.

Any ideas would be great

Hi!
Did you manage to find any interpretations, my question is on the supreme courts role and I'm trying to find different historian interpretations. I have found a couple on activism in the 1880s but I'm at a lost for historians that support the government's role.

I did actually!

What ended up working for me was searching up different historians who focused on the Civil Rights, and then using a website called Jstor (which has a lot of sources and interpretations on it), I searched their name. Another option is just simply searching ‘Civil Rights’ also on Jstor and refine the results to your liking. On there you can refine what time period you want the interpretation to have been created in.

I hope this makes sense!
