Clearing Question

Hello, I submitted my results 2 weeks ago, but I have not heard back yet and also the results did not meet my conditional offer's requirement. Would it be possible for me to call in for clearing despite not having an official response from the university through UCAS, or do I have to wait to hear back until I can clear?

It's quite likely that the university are waiting until A level results day to establish his many spaces they have left on the course (if any) for "near miss" candidates such as yourself.

You can call others unis and make general Clearing enquiries, buy you can't formally apply via Clearing whilst still holding a conditional offer elsewhere.

Are you talking about making a clearing enquiry to your firm choice university?
If so that’s a waste of everyone’s time.

Just ring them on Monday to check they have your results and ask when they expect to make a decision.
