For those who have IBS-M or IBS-U, where do you feel your abdominal pain most? And what other symptoms do you have/notice nausea, vomiting, etc.?

Hey, most of my pain is in my lower abdomen on the right side. When the pain started I first thought it was pancreatitis and I did x-rays and blood tests, and everything was negative. My doctors refused to do a colonoscopy because I'm not 25 yet. My symptoms depend on the food I consume and the level of exercise. For example, if I walk more I have less pain and I eat according to my bowel movement. However, the symptom I don't have under control is being nauseous, mints, chewing gum, and lemon water help a bit. Another thing that helps is a warming pad on the back and a cooling pack on the stomach. Overall it's very challenging because I live in a state of fear, I've missed out on a lot of things due to it. I'm grateful it is nothing worse but it's also disheartening that there is no real cure or any right way to do things, mostly it is just trial and error.
