Depends what you're looking for.
For comedy, I think the Good Place is really excellent, both very funny and somewhat thought provoking. Santa Clarita Diet is absolutely hilarious, all the actors in it are absolutely fantastic, and the only bad thing that can be said about it is that it got cancelled after only a couple of seasons! Archer is also fantastically funny and almost never misses the mark.
For more drama elements, Killing Eve and Hannibal are both excellent thriller/drama shows, Hannibal in particular as really fantastic set/costume design which reflects the stories as they're told (although the last season is a bit hit or miss for me). Russian Doll is both darkly funny and a really well paced and written story about generational trauma (especially the second season).
On pretty much every front Cowboy Bebop (the anime, not the live action remake) is just phenomenal. I end up benchmarking so much media I watch against it now subconsciously...unfortunately it's only a single self-contained season, by design. Which is perfectly designed and executed in that way though, as much as I wish there was more of it.
