Do women pick up if you glance at them

Say if you see a really attractive girl and you take a sneaky look or you try not to but you look at them do women pick up on it? Also does it make you feel uncomfortable

Girls tend to have a "6th sense" when someone is checking them out. As a general rule, it's OK to look, it's not OK to perve (e.g. repeatedly looking or looking for too long).

This may not be a popular comment on here, but how welcome your attention will be, largely depends on her opinion of you; i.e. does she think you're attractive or not. If she also likes the look of you, it's a huge compliment (and possibly a turn on); if she doesn't find you attractive, then she's more likely to get uncomfortable (maybe not with discrete glancing, but definitely with perving). And yes, it'll almost certainly go one way or the other. The only ones who are likely to be "Yeah, whatever" about it all, are those who are really hot and so are used to male attention 24/7.

As a rule of thumb, signs a girl is uncomfortable with your attention include deliberately looking away from you (seemingly fixated on some other point or object), or adjusting clothes to cover up exposed body parts (e.g. cleavage, midriff etc.)

I would say maybe it is true it makes them uncomfortable if you are not attractive
