I'm terrible at sex (m25)

As the title suggests. I am terrible at sex. Not just penetrative sex but digital and oral as well. I've looked up how to videos and I've tried my absolute best to copy the techniques but no matter what I do I can't make anyone finish. It's embarrassing to say but I've never made anyone make a noise let alone orgasm. This obviously has a massive impact on my dating life. I'm quite good at getting people in the bedroom but once I'm there I seem to completely fall apart.
Some medical information I suffered from a lack of key hormones during puberty so certain parts of my body didn't change very much from when i was a child
