Kings conditional offer deadline coming up but portal messages are not getting replie

I have an offer to study my pgce at kings and the offer deadline to show my certificates over zoom is 4th August. I have messaged a couple times asking when this will happen. I got a response once that someone will contact me shortly and that’s it. Worried the deadline is super close. Is this normal?
