Job interview - MLA and lab technician, both on the NHS

Hi everyone,

I've been applying for jobs at the Tracs website, and manage to secure 2 interviews.
One at the Bolton NHS as an MLA and the other at the Christie Hospital as a laboratory technician. Both interviews are due next month.

I was wondering if you'd have any ideas on what type of questions they might ask. And when it comes to the aptitude tests (numerical, literacy and manual dexterity).

I've just finished university - biomed sciences - and only had 2 jobs, not much experience so I'm extremely anxious. Any help will do.
