Have a read of the Transfer FAQ thread at the top of applications, clearing and ucas. The first post explains how transfers work. There's no guarantee that a foundation year would be accepted by another university - that's something you should verify BEFORE starting a foundation year.
As above, FY’s are not designed to be transferred, but might be considered on a case by case basis.

Appreciate your reply, but how can I see that the university accepts foundation year students? Is this data available on UCAS

Moreover, providing a reference is important or not.

You would have to ask universities directly whether they accept the specific foundation year that you're considering.

And yes - an academic reference is a basic requirement for applying to university.

Which foundation year are you thinking of studying and where are you hoping to transfer to?

Can you clarify this. Do you mean that FY's transferring isn't good in some cases (what type of cases)
Is it good to transfer as SY student?

BPP will take anyone with a pulse so you should be fine - are you applying through Clearing with a UCAS application?

Are you unhappy at Bangor? It's a much more recognised university than BPP.

Yep, I am trying to apply through the clearing with UCAS - is it the best decision made by me ?
I don't have a problem with Bangor University. The problem is that the jobs there as an international student I found it difficult to have a job for my living expenses

So why not transfer to somewhere like City uni? or any other mainstream uni in London rather than BPP which is a private university that specialises more in post graduate studies.

If living expenses are an issue then moving to London isn't going to help with that!

The living expenses are not the main issue here, but the difficulty is to get the job here at BANGORE.
Moreover, big cities like London or Manchester do have good job opportunities and can be found easily
More to conclude that I have some of my relatives in London as well

You will ask why not to take the admission there then?

The answer is simple doing a foundation year means you are shot of some university requirements, and i was a bit late to apply in universities
