Warning About MedConnect Europe ltd : Our Negative Experience

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience with MedConnect to warn others who might be considering their services for university admissions in Europe . Unfortunately, our encounter with them has been quite negative and stressful.

Poor Communication: During a crucial moment in the admission process, MedConnect failed to forward an important interview link from the university to us. Despite multiple attempts to contact them for assistance, we received no response. We had to directly contact the university to resolve the issue, which added unnecessary stress during an already tense time.
Subpar Service: The overall service we received from MedConnect was far below the standard we expected. Their lack of timely and effective communication and support was disappointing, especially given the high stakes involved in university admissions.
Emotional and Mental Impact: The poor service and subsequent stress significantly affected my mental health and confidence. now feels uncertain about pursuing studies abroad and has lost trust in such agencies, which could have long-term implications for my career.
Threats and Intimidation: After expressing our concerns and posting honest reviews about our experience, MedConnect responded with threats of debt collection, legal action, and court proceedings. Instead of addressing our issues and attempting to resolve them amicably, they chose to intimidate us into silence.
Financial Disputes: Despite the documented issues and stress caused by their service, MedConnect has been unyielding regarding their fees and remain aggressive in their demands for payment, adding to the overall negative experience.
I hope this post helps other students and parents make an informed decision. Our experience with MedConnect has been overwhelmingly negative, and I strongly advise considering other options for university admissions support. It’s important to choose a service that values communication, support, and empathy, especially during such a crucial time in a student’s life.

If anyone else has had similar experiences or needs advice on dealing with such situations, feel free to reach out. Let’s support each other in navigating these challenges.
