You're mostly welcome! You can check if ur referee submitted it through the documents status in the student portal if I remember well, and some of the universities do email you when the referee submits it but I forgot if QMUL does that or not given that I had my reference letter and submitted myself
But nothing to worry about if there is any document missing or if the admissions office need some further documentation theyre gonna contact u and if you want to stay on the safe side you can always ask them directly about the reference submission through mail or through the portal
