Best accommodation for Aston University

Hi, I’m looking at potentially applying to Aston through clearing, however this will surely leave accommodation issues. For the 1st year, ideally I would like to live near campus, though I don’t live too for for a commute, which I don’t mind doing after 1st year. I looked online and saw lots of really nice accommodation that is not provided by the uni, some even mini-apartments, though expensive. I don’t mind paying a bit more so long as I get good value. What’s some of the best-value accommodation near campus that would still be available around this time? Thanks

Hi, is it an en-suite room?

Hey, if you're still looking I have a room I need a replacement for since I won't be studying here next semester anyway. It's near BCU at Collegiate Bagot St. The rent is £174 pw, overall total of £7830 paid in 4 installments. First payment is made. Tenancy ends in July but early move out could be negotiated if final payment is made. If you're interested in staying we can swap in December, maybe even sooner, so feel free to respond!!
