If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

I think i want to change my course. I would like to go uni if birmingham but not with the course i applied with. The new course which i have thought about applying to is an option in clearing, if i get a place at university of Birmingham with the course i dont wanna do do i deny it and go thru clearing or what.

And what if i get in to my first choice on ucas can i still go thru clearing???

AND HOW DOES CLEARING EVEN WORK

If you just want to switch course at your firm choice then you don’t need to use clearing.

Just ring them up today and explain that they are your firm but you want to switch to a different course. Birmingham can’t amend UCAS at the moment (because everything is locked down now until results day) but they can make a note and get your course switched across for results day.
