My friends boyfriend and mum are being weird towards her all of a sudden

Before I begin, these are all fake names so I don’t reveal anyone’s personal details and identity. Sorry if this is long also but I want to provide as much information as possible.
My friend Mya has been having issues with her 7 month boyfriend Joey. For over a month him and his mum have been acting very weird. Here’s the following that’s been happening;
Joey hasn’t been speaking to Mya as much for over a month now because he now wants to have chill days out of the blue. There’s nothing going on in his personal life that’s made him do this. He’s been doing this ever since he’s been getting close with this girl he’s close with in his college class called Britney. They went to college together since August and weren’t close until this time. They would call each other almost every day. Joey a month ago this started happening would always call Britney first before calling Mya. They would never meet up at all throughout this time. They would just talk to each other online. They would start off by calling each other Hot Bro and Hot Sis but then a few weeks ago Joey had just changed her name to just Britney now.
Mya has to be the one that always texts him first now. Joey never does it now. Joey never texts her first.
Joey stops asking to see Mya and want chill days.
There was one time 17th July all Joey wanted was time to himself. But that night he phoned Britney and dint tell her because he didn’t want to upset Mya. Mya knew because Britney told her. Joey denied at first but then admitted it when Mya told him at Britney told her. He would say Britney kept begging him to call.
These are the issues going on with Joeys Mum.
In March, one of Jamie’s sister Megan fell pregnant and is due in December. Joeys mum sees Megan every single day. Here’s what’s happened ever since.
Joeys mum only give small talk with Mya and talk normally to the Joeys other sisters boyfriends. Joeys mum isn’t busy when she’s giving small talk to Mya. She’s always chilling on the sofa talking to Megan and scrolling through social media. Joeys mum would only chat with her and be her normal self with her when Megan is not around.
4th July- Mya was saying to Joey that they should take his mum out one day for something to eat or something to drink he liked the idea so Mya said to his mum would you like to come out for something to eat with me and Joey. She looked annoyed saying “No you can take Joey out for I’d be gladly you took him out for something to eat. You’re certainly not taken out for something to eat it’s to expensive she thought that was rude the way she says it. Joey was there when his mum said it and Joey didn’t say anything about it.
What I also heard about Joeys mum is that she’ll post nice stuff on social media about Joeys sisters and their boyfriends and not Mya and Joey. Joeys mum is also more interested in talking to them now than Mya.
Mya asked her boyfriend Joey what he thought of all this and Joey thought it was not a big deal and his mum was just busy.
11th July - Mya got invited to Joeys sister gender reveal. It was meant to start at 7pm. Mya arrived at 6pm to Joeys and Gender Reveal was already before Mya arrived. It all started when Joey showed Mya the pink glitter on the floor to show the gender reveal was already done. Mya asked “Why did you guys do it without me. Joey loudly replied and clueless. “I Don’t Know!?” Mya ended up saying she thought No one in his family cared for her. Joey assured her that it wasn’t true. But Joey didn’t ask why they didn’t wait for his girlfriend and didn’t stick up for her. What also ended up happening was everyone in farmer got a picture including all of Josie’s sisters boyfriends got a picture with each other at the gender reveal. Everyone at the gender reveal got a picture except for Mya herself. No one even asked her if she wanted a picture. The only thing they did for was ask if she wanted a glass of vodka which Mya ended up taking. No one apologised to Mya about leaving her out the gender reveal.
18th July - Myas sister confronted Joeys mum about the gender reveal. Joeys mums said to her this happened because Megan’s boyfriend’s dad kept changing the time. They ended up doing it at 5pm. Joeys mum said they tried waiting for Mya and Megan’s boyfriend dad kept getting impatience so they did it without her. I think this is wrong because they should’ve told Mya the gender reveal was going to be early.
This is when things began to get worse both with Joey and Joeys mum.
This is with Joey;
A week ago Joey would take an hour or two to reply to Myas texts. He would not really take pictures with her now like they used to. They wouldn’t phone much. Joey would keep saying to Mya that he doesn’t want to see her as he just wants a chill day more often.
[The next part sounds very stupid and untrue but I can assure you it is]
He’s been playing alot of Crash Bandicoot and say to Mya he has a big crush on this character Coco Bandicoot and he went far to removing his phone background of him and Mya to a picture of Coco. [I know it sounds stupid]
He would want to only see Mya for two days a week now when they used to see each other for 3-4 days.
Last time he spoke with Britney was a week ago.
Joeys mum;
A few days ago Joeys mum put up a post on Joey singing in the car every comment she got she gave a heart to. Everyone but Mya.
Mya knows Joeys Aunt due to a volunteering club Mya used to go to. Mya gave Joeys mum a card for Joeys Aunt since it was an anniversary for her. Mya texted Joeys mum to ask they gave Joeys Aunt the card. Joeys mum said they did. Mya text Joeys Aunt to ask her if she liked the card. Joeys Aunt had no idea what she was talking about. Mya and Joeys mum are on a snap streak and one of Joeys mums snaps today had Myas card in the background.
Joeys mum has also lied to her in text about her decorating her young daughter’s room when that was done weeks ago.
Joeys mum has said to Mya that she can talk to her anytime and she’s part of the family but whenever Mya tried to talk to her, Joeys mum is always busy with something.
Megan whenever Mya says hi to her all she does is give her a side eye and hi back with a straight face when she used to smile at Mya and ask how she is. They used to hug each other goodbye and Megan doesn’t hug her now.
Whenever Mya texts Joeys sister’s now they all ignore her messages. Everyone but Megan still speak to her face to face.
Mya has been asking Joeys mum in text if she’s done anything wrong. Whenever Mya asks this the text always gets ignored.
Mya asks Joey is he’s ok and he keeps saying he’s fine. Joey will reply to Mya rudely and will often say I’m fine ok?. If Mya wants to ask something Joey will reply with Yes?.
Me and everyone one of Myas friends are saying that this does not feel right at all and they’re acting strange. Mya has been not texting Joey all day because and Joey keeps asking is she’s ok.
Mya wants to know on how to go forward with this. She still loves him very much and doesn’t want the relationship to end. I think he’s not treating her right and neither is his family
