Changing from part time to a full time course

Hi,
My daughter did 2 years of a degree that was split into a foundation degree and then a top up. She decided not to do the top up at the same University as it was in London and very expensive. She did one year of a part time psychology course with the OU instead. She now wants to finish her top up so can she get funding for that? (She has had 2 year full time funding and one year part time but on an exemption degree course).
