Hello, my name is Lily and I have a ensuite room in Leeds Symons House. This ensuite room is part of a 5 bed cluster. Your room will measure around 15m² and comes with a double bed, study area, ensuite bathroom and ample storage. You will also have access to the shared kitchen facilities, common room, study room, games area, cinema room, onsite gym and roof top terrace. The rent will be £225 per week and will be payed in 3 instalments of £3,825. The accommodation is perfectly located to provide easy access to all of the city's universities. It is less than a 7-minute walk to Leeds Beckett University and only an 11-minute walk to The University of Leeds.
