Hi. Have you done your UCAT yet? If so it would be worth updating /reposting in the which uni megathread when you have it.

You will need to post any grades as per the first post in the thread. Including the before and after of resits. So you may need to wait a bit for that in order for people to help you properly. I know you have already posted but without the UCaT it's hard for people to provide a steer.

You have a number of different threads all asking broadly similar points, so if there are things that are particularly important to you, such as going to Glasgow, or staying in London, then I would ask there as it is the best place to get the experts to help you.

You can ask on this thread again, but to be honest, everybody's personal circumstances are slightly different. And what has worked in previous years may not work this, for example.

I understand the tension and pressure, but I am afraid you might need to be patient a little longer.

You could do your own research in the interim perhaps. There aren't that many undergrad med schools. Do a spreadsheet and knock those off that don't meet your A level subjects, then those that don't accept or meet your GCSE profile etc. You will end up with a shorter list to examine in detail.

Good luck.

Med school application is enough to get anybody stressed.

Lots of people take more than one cycle to get in for various reasons. But there are lots of people around who are willing to help advise on strategic options.

Focus on your UCAT for now and the rest will follow.

As I think I've said on some of your other posts, the most important thing is to be strategic with your choices.

The more you limit them geographically, or because people want to aim for what they consider to be "top" med schools thr less effective your strategic choices are. The UCAT is the main thing that unlocks it all. So set other worries aside for now...

Good luck.
