UG intl Scholarship, student verification form and financial undertaking form

Does LSE inform people who are unsuccessful in their application? Have anyone receive any mail with negative news? or only successful applicants are informed?

Hiii, has anyone received an intl ug scholarship?
Also, I have read in reddit that the 31st of july is the last day to submit the svf and fuf, however, in my portal it says that it should be completed before registration, does anyone know anything? Thank you!!!
