SLC Investigation

Good afternoon
I had an email from [email protected],where they asked me for send bank statements from 06/23-06/24,id and tenancy agreement, for the application 23/24
But I hadn’t any application since 2020. That mail included my customer reference slc and my name. Is really strange for me ,because in the first place I hadn’t any application 23/24 and the second place because they asked me to send by mail all the documents.
Is doing that Student finance,even if is for the investigation,they asking for send that’s documents over the mail?
Is really concerning because In my SF account is not any letter about.
Also they said if I m not sending the documents my application maybe will be affected or removed the funding.

Hi there,

That is our investigations department email address. Do you support any applications or applied for Masters funding?
If we send emails to you requesting specific information it will not show on your account as that is only your application actions.

No I hadn’t any application the last year
I just done application now for 24/25 amd has been approved
Is really strange because in the mail the asking me for documents for the application 23/24
