OKAYYYY today was a day :eek3: shocker, i know...
but i studied so much, man.

so this is what i studied:

3 hours of English. I FINISHED THE tutor marked assignment!! so proud. i sent it off to my tutor.

1 hr Spanish. i made notes on the indefinite article. and did a duolingo (legendary) lesson

1 hr Irish. ceacht a fiche dó. there's only 25 ceachtanna sa first steps leabhar!!! i'll have to work from the michael o siadhail book (no) or the language gym again.

I really cut it close with the English today. I had no idea it was due today until I checked the email yesterday. my mum got me a notebook that says veni vidi vici (yus) on it, to write the due dates and future plans. so i have a book for - what ive done, and a book for -what i'll do. i like that better than timetabling (namely cos i get up at lunchtime and saying ill study before 12 is a lie.)
anyway, gonna watch lost with the fam. the drama is steep. and dramatic. :afraid:

anyway, have a great day, lads :wavey:

okay... today... couldn't sleep till 4am for some reason. it was really annoying. i was just like, hoping to sleep, no distractions or anything...! but nooo. yay :coffee:
anyway, i did some studying today as always.
i did:

1 hr Irish- leath de cheacht a fiche trí. críochnóidh é amárach./half of lesson twenty-three, i will finish it tomorrow.

1 hr English- started Lesson 3. made notes on phonetics, drew a handy little diagram of organs of speech. my english tutor says he'll mark my TMA at the beginning of the next week... :ninja:

1 hr Spanish- did activities 7, 8 and half of activity 9 (a translation task to english, i did a rough [grammarless] translation, but will make a tidider ver of the translation and will start lesson 4 tomorrw.) all from lesson 3.

im done yay! really hungry 👀🙄🤨 im literally always hungry. it's so weird. anyway...
Tomorrow's Saturday, which is my break day :yay:gonna go to the cinema and ✨vibe✨
i'll study again on sunday. (which'll be the first day of september!)
august barely feels like it started... wow. the summer is drawing to a close, sadly :bawling: (some may say, what summer? that's what i'm asking.)
anyway, have a great weekend, lads... i'm gonna rest up to come back even stronger and more motivated than ever

(also Classics live lessons start on the 11th... eek. i probably need to do some more pre-class revision, yaknow. like a nERD...!)

heya, lads!!
okay! yesterday (saturday) was my break day. i went to the cinema twice (national cinema day or smth :yay:). and bought mascara (my old one was 9 months old )

but today! i was a wonderful student and did studying... woah...
here's what i did:

1 hr Irish. Chríochnaigh ceacht a fiche trí./I finished lesson 23

1 hr Spanish. Activity 9 (of Lesson 3) and activity 1 (of Lesson 4)

1 hr English. Made notes on the production of speech + the IPA that i'll need to know from now on, but i haven't memorised the IPA yet.

And that was all! I hope tomorrow to do at least part of ceacht a 24 for irish, a few notes on the past tense for spanish and to make more notes for english and work on memorising that IPA, which should be easy enough (erm not to flex but i can read arabic/devenagari/korean/greek...). if there's one thing i can do, it's certainly reading.
also my classics starts on the eleventh. (ive totes mentioned this before haha). but i'm gonna work on reading the odyssey + aneid before that, cos i want to be ahead. :colone:
now im gonna go watch lost with the fam because sleeping at 00.32? naaaah. :p:

hiyaaaa :hi:

today, i studied! :work:
Here's what I did:

1 hr Irish- Chríochnaigh ceacht a fiche ceathair, agus ceacht duolingo amhain. /i finished lesson 24 and did 1 duolingo lesson.

1 hr Spanish- Activity 3+4 from lesson 4 and notes about 'hasta' and 'desde'. a verb table for 'haber'.

1 hr English- Notes on IPA terms & Elission.

1 hr Classics- read some of the odyssey

okayyy! My first tutor-marked assignment for English (TMA a) got marked! I got 41/50- that's 20/25 marks on the first essay, and 21/25 marks on the second. :smartass:
I seriously thought they were badly-written and would get very, very few marks... but actually i seem to have a pattern of underestimating myself. maybe i should be cockier! (maybe not.)
but i'm really pleased about that. i hope i can keep it up. the due date for TMA b is 30/9. the due date for TMA a for Spanish is Sept 25th...

i'm happy with today's work actually. and i have a 1025 duo streak :dumbells: keepin it strong.
well lads... ciao.
have a great evening
