Today was certainly a day... I have a terrible, terrible migraine rn, cos I didn't drink any water before like 5.30pm... dumb I know... I still studied tho (like a real gymbro)
Here's what i did:

•

1 hr English- worked on TMA

•

1 hr Spanish- did the preiterite tense-y stuff

•

40 mins Classics- read book 6 of the Odyssey

I meant to do more but ended up having a 2 hour long chat with my mum :lol:

I also gotta watch the lesson recording for Classics when my tutor uploads it...
Saturday is no longer a break day BTW cos I'm not studying SM during the week anyways...
OHHH ALSO ALSOOOOO my mum said yes to my getting a tragus piercing for my 17th YIPPEEEEEE!!! :banana:

Hiya! I'm elareare, welcome to my fairly fab GYG!
I'm studying my a-levels from home with distance-learning courses, because I'm Irish and there's no sixth-form colleges here, sadly... :sadnod:

But I'm sure I can slay the day away and get my target grades! :dumbells:

This is what I'm studying:

•

AQA English Language, with Oxford Open Learning.

•

Edexcel Spanish, also with Oxford Open Learning.

•

OCR Classical Civilisation with Humanatees Tutoring.

•

I'm also sitting the TEG Irish exam to the B1 CEFR level.

I plan to take these exams in 2026, and go to uni in the same year.
I hope to study Global Languages in my uni. (Spanish and Irish)

My Target Grades are:

BBB, and a pass in the TEG exam. That's all I need for my chosen course (by means of CAO points), but I'm obviously hoping for better!

About me:

I like crafting, reading, making dodgy Spotify playlists and believe it or not, studying...

Good luck with your a levels 🙂 Ive also started them this year, but I go to sixth form. I did used to be home schooled though. Which subject are you enjoying the most so far?

I'm liking Spanish the most at the moment... But I'm actually kind of enjoying Irish for the first time in my life, lol

Okayyyy... here's what i studied today (yesterday).
I forgot to write up the GYG yesterday. So I'm writing it now.
here's what i did:

•

30 mins Classics- Week 3 hw

•

1 hr English- Finished essay a for TMA b. (Still have essay b left to write)

•

1 hr Irish- 2 pages of the Language Gym.

•

[unsure of time] Qur'anic studies: was reading on the life of the Prophet

✅ 2.5 [and a bit] studying time
i'll see ye later when i'm doing the 27's GYG up :wavey:

today was gud. i walked like 20 mins on the road to a shop cus the other was closed lolzzz
i also studied.

•

2 hr English- I FINISHED ESSAY b!!! :woo: and sent it

•

1 hr Spanish- like half of activity 2

•

30 mins Classics- sent week 3 HW and did some light revision

✅ 3.5 hr studying time

im insanely ahead in Spanish. i have 1.5 more lessons to get thru before I start the next TMA (which is due in nov 25!!!!!) so way ahead. slayyhhh 💅💅💅💅

also went on a 4 hour call with a friend (like a week is a loooong time okay 😂) and was playing the fashion dressing game on roblox with her (don't judge me i only downloaded it today :colondollar:

)
might watch lost with the fam now. (sawyer's too slay. him and ana lucía were well matched. RIP)
