Clearing with good grades

hi, next week I will get my A-level results but I haven’t got my IELTS(English requirement yet) for King’s College I have time till the end of August.
my question is in September is there any space at Queen Mary (mech eng) so then I can go for clearing?
Is it possible to go for clearing without an IELTS but ill get it later for uni.

All Unis will want IELTS. I assume you have already booked a slot to take IELTS?
Try not to worry about this - if your eventual IELTS results are just below the requirements, your Uni may still accept it, or just require you to take extra English classes at Uni.

that's what I thought but the KCL pre-sessional course is closed on the 5th of July this means for extra classes I had to inform them before.
I have checked Queen Mary as well so then I can go for clearing but it is the same as KCL they have closed their classes.
