I got an interview with 3 tomorrow. For the role of acustomer advisor. Lasting 20 minutes. Does anyone know what to expect please I got told discussions will be based around “why 3” and previous and past experience. And any general tips and advice please.

Hey, congrats on your interview with 3! My tips for you would be to research their products and services related to the role you applied to thoroughly, relate it to your own experience if you have any, if not to your studies which will help you answer why you would want to work there. Also, prepare for common questions such as:

•

Tell me about yourself.

•

Why do you want to work at 3?

•

Describe a time when you provided excellent customer service.

•

How would you handle a difficult customer?

•

What are your strengths and weaknesses?

•

How do you prioritize your tasks during a busy shift?

•

Why should we hire you?

And lastly, I would really recommend asking your own questions at the end to show interest (about the team, training, or what they enjoy about working at 3).
