I have so many questions to follow up on this:

Which degree do you intend to do? Are they at specific universities? If so, have you looked at the entry requirements for those degrees? What are they?

What career do you intend to go into? Is this why you want to do the degree? Have you checked whether you absolutely need a degree in order to go into this field e.g. professional qualifications, apprenticeships? If so, have you checked whether you can do a postgrad degree instead of a second undergrad? If you have, why do you want to do an undergrad instead?

What A Levels do you currently have?

How old are your A Levels?

How long ago did you graduate?

Why do you want to change careers, if appropriate?

Do you have the funds to do extra A Levels and a second bachelor's? Have you checked the ELQ policies?

If you don't have the funds, what have you checked to see whether you can afford to fund your second degree from other sources?

Do you currently have outstanding student loans to pay off for your first degree?

Do you foresee any circumstances in the near future that would prevent you from completing the degree?

In general, there is only a handful of situations where it's absolutely appropriate to do a second undergrad. Most of the time, it's not. I personally avoid recommending people to do this unless there are no other appropriate options.

Should I take A Level again to apply undergraduate?
In the absolutely most general sense, yes. However, if the degree course at the specific university that you intend to apply to accept other qualifications (e.g. Access) or offer foundation years, it might be easier not to do the A Levels (that's presuming you are absolutely dead set on .

I'd say A Levels in general would give you the widest options, including studying abroad. However, they can be expensive (albeit cheaper than foundation years by any stretch of the imagination) and a lot of hassle, especially if you need to do practical assessments or coursework for the subject on top. Be thankful that your first set of A Levels were fully funded and that there are colleges that you could have went to to get the full qualifications.

Without knowing the particulars though (see above), I can't say for certain whether you should do A Levels again.
