Computer science NEA

Hi! is anyone able to help me with my computer science NEA? i’m doing a game and i can do the write up but i don’t even know where to start with my code at all. i have to do it in c#

Have you started by googling game tutorials? You could use Monogame or Unity if you aren't doing AQA. The whole point of the NEA is you do it yourself, so finding out is the first step. Then baby steps. Step 1 get a sprite on the screen. Step 2, make that sprite move. Step 3 add other moving sprites. Step 4 have sprites interact with each other. At this point you pretty much have a game.

why not aqa???

Because AQA NEAs are marked against key skills. Problem with game engines is they do all the hard work for you making it difficult to obtain marks for algorithms or complexity.

what I did was watch coding with russ and watched how he programmed his game and then magpied his code and added my own stuff to it I made like a demon slayer Mario game its still a work in progress
