Deluxe Studio apartment available in Code Student Accommodation for September.
My daughter is a third year History student and signed the lease to stay there but now want to move in with her boyfriend. I have paid the deposit and some of the rent - happy to pass this on to new tenant.
All above board and lease will be through Code just as any other lease would be - £180 per week, paid quarterly with guarantor. Let me know if you are interested - 3 mins walk away from main campus and very safe - security on site, gym, cinema, ping pong, pool etc and shops in building. Contact me for details.
