clearing 2024

i’m planning on using clearing to switch my course on results day but i’ve just had a look at the vacancies and the course i would like to do is only available to international students through clearing. will this change or do i simply have to apply again next year?

Courses will be added and removed from clearing throughout July, August and September.
Does the university website have any clearing information about whether they expect to add more courses?
