It depends what the guarantee says.
Note that you also have rights under statute law, which a guarantee can’t take away - hence the frequently seen phrase “your statutory rights are not affected.”

Yes. and it is faulty. Their engineer said that it needs replacing with a new one. Now their main office is refusing. what can I do?
