I work full time (50 hours a week) in hospitality but really want to change careers. I have enrolled in an undergraduate cybersecurity degree with LIBF. I have done some research prior to enrolling but couldn’t find many reviews about the university that aren’t 3+ years old. I’m starting my degree in a month. Has anyone studied with LIBF? Just wanting to make sure I made the right choice choosing this university over the open university… Thank you!

Hey, thanks for the reply. All LIBF degrees are internationally recognised and accredited. They are an accreditation body and fully accredited UK degree educator. I chose LIBF over Open University because of the flexibility when choosing to take exams. Just a bit ‘worried’ over the lack of student reviews. I have spoken to LIBF staff countless of times and they’re always very helpful. Just looking for some ‘real’ reviews

I realise it’s a genuine degree.

What I’m asking is why you aren’t looking at getting a government accredited degree in cybersecurity if you are taking this degree specifically to change careers: https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/information/ncsc-certified-degrees#section_3

Sorry I understood the question wrong. All of these listed universities are hours away from me. I need to work full time while studying as I have a house and family, and won’t be able to travel to a university even if it was closer.
