Foundation year funding (prior study)

Hi.. my sister studied years ago and used 3 years of student finance funding. She never completed the degree.
She now wants to study occupational therapy but would first need to complete a foundation year. Obviously occupational therapy would be fully funded as it's healthcare. But the foundation year is stand alone via the university of bradford (Code Y006). Will this foundation year be funded for her via student finance? After completion of the year, she will then move on to an occupational therapy bsc that will be funded.
