Anyone went thru this before ?

I have a Serious Question have anyone ever did insemination with ur wife did everything on ur own and now you are not seeing eye to eye and she try’s to keep the baby from u ? So u take it to the courts ..U did not birth the baby nor did u adopt anybody been in this situation????

I haven't been in this situation but have friends who are in similar situations.

Biologically, as long as your sperm were used, the child is yours.

Regardless though, your involvement in the child's life, upbringing and development, should be visible. If you're not biologically related, that doesn't matter- many of my friends stepparents or mlm/wlw parents still loved them as their own. Do you have any proof of you having encouraged and supported most of the upbringing? This is key if you want to retain responsibility of your child and still be able to see them.
