Lowkey I can’t believe the LNAT booking. I literally just logged on at 6am on the dot because I thought it’d be like the UCAT but tell me why 90% of early dates where gone in early September and October like idk if it was my test centre that only had one day a week or if booking opened sometime between 12am which is when I first checked and 6am. Either way happy w my date but I feel bad for the people who are waking up at about 9am because of that one reply under someone else’s post asking for a time. Is everyone happy with their dates? When are you doing it?

Yeah the same thing happened to me. I was expecting my test centre to be busy but not that busy. I wanted to book for September 29th but I got October 1st, which I’m quite happy with as it gives me exactly two more months to keep preparing. Very glad I woke up early now - the September slots are going to be virtually gone in a few hours at this rate.
I was so shocked when I saw the september dates gone too. I booked my exam October 2nd though which gives me time. Also when you booked your exam did they email you confirmation because they took the money but they said the test date wasn’t available after I paid???
I did get email confirmation, but I was eligible for the bursary, so maybe that’s why. They also sent me a receipt confirmation later on. If they’ve charged you then your booking is likely still processing but I wouldn’t worry about it. A lot of people are booking at the moment, so the system is bound to be slow.
Luckily I managed to snag September 5th for my exam, but I was planning for September 3rd. It's not too much of a difference, but it is a little bit annoying. My test centre wasn't that busy though, luckily, and most of the dates in September were open, but most early October dates were gone.
my test centre and every other one near me was completely booked through for september at 7am. I had to get one slightly further away for september 3rd where I will be at the mercy of trains
I'd definitely just try to book date that's either later or a different test centre. Slots seem to be going quickly and calling may not be the best option here. On the bright side, sitting slightly later gives you more time to prepare. Mine is booked 4 days later than the day I wanted, but that's 4 more days to practice.

Unfortunately I have to call as I need the dyslexia assistance and I can only access a booking with that over call
update- they sent the money back so I had to rebook, but quite a few slots have opened up which means I can hopefully reschedule to September. I think because it’s quite early not all the slots have loaded yet
whatt, are you sure? it doesnt seem all that possible that that’s what happened since it’s probably been open since sometime between 12am to 6am right
I don’t really understand why the slots have all gone so quickly? it seems ridiculous to me, is it one person per slot or
I think either not all the slots opened at once which is why there weren’t a lot of spaces early in the morning or there are more spaces now because people have already rebooked for later
i read somewhere that not all the slots open at the same time but idk for sure, i was surprised to see september fully booked though because it was 7am and i doubt that many people would’ve stayed up to book 😭😭
yeah 7am for me too didn’t seem that late, not having all the slots open at the same time seems so messy
I logged on at 1pm on the first and booked my slot for October 4th, 10:15am at the centre closest to me. I'm really happy with it - I don't see why so many wish to sit it in September because you'd have less time to prepare

People sit early for different reasons. If you’ve been preparing for a long time, it seems logical that you’d want to sit as early as possible. Some may wish to just get it out of the way. Others may have to sit early to prioritise other things, such as mocks or finishing their personal statements.

For me it was October 2nd at 8am with no other slots after or September 26th at 2pm 🤷🏾
When I went on an Oxford residential the Law admissions lady said she had an email from someone who had something to wrong on the day of the exam, shed taken it too late to leave some time to do anything about it - Oxford didn't really care so I'd rather leave a slot at my nearest centre free for me to slip into
it also doesn't test your knowledge it tests your skills so a few more days may be a marginal increase at most 😭
