When is it best to take the ESAT exam?
Hi, I'm currently stuck on choosing the best time to take the ESAT for entry in 2025. As you can either take it in October 2024 or January 2025 and I was wondering if there are any advantages to either of those times.

Have you managed to find any available centres, I'm trying to register for October now and all my nearest centres seem to have no days where you can take it.
In regards to when to take it if you applying to Cambridge you HAVE to take it in Oct. if not I would still say take it in Oct. sitting because you dont want to be worrying about it over Christmas and Jan as that'll probably be when yr13 mocks are

One of my mocks is going to be during December, which is before my ESAT, so do you think it will be still a good idea for me to apply for January sitting?
