Tuition fees

When would you inform a student if they’re not eligible for the tuition fees loan, eg would it be the beginning of the second year? Or would you wait until student has finished the year and then tell them they’re not eligible.

Hi there, Eligibility is determined when the application is assessed, this is depending on when you apply or if there is a change during the academic year. Thanks, Angela

Son is going into third year having g done foundation course and now told the second year is not funded ( he’s just finished it) this is his second degree course having done one year of one .
Is this normal to be told when year is already done?

Hi there, We would need your son to contact us direct so we can check on the application and the outcome he has received. Thanks, Angela
