I feel so sick, I literally haven't been able to sleep for days These are my predictions tho
Bio - 9 I think the papers went well Chem -8/9 I think it went well as well but I may have messed up paper 2 Physics -8/9 I was predicted a 9 but the exam was slightly harder than the papers I had done before English Literature - 9 I did coursework and got a 9 so hoping I maintain it English Lang - 9 Same reason as Lit Maths - 7/8 I really messed up Paper 1 I don't know what happened but I think I saved it with Paper 2 I really want a 9 tho since I'm taking it for A level Geography - 8/9 I can't really remember how I felt about it but it wasn't too bad I think French 7/8 - Listening was absolute horror but reading and writing was so good. I should have revised a bit more for speaking though. Computer Science 8/9 - It has such high grade boundaries and I've never gotten above a 7 in mocks but I found both papers really nice. DT - 8 NEA capped me at an 8 theory went well though.
I read this back and I might just be writing the grades I want lol. I really want at least half my grades to be 9s since all 9s isn't as realistic.
To celebrate I'll probably have a fancy dinner with my family if I do well 😊
i just know these next few days are gonna go by so agonisingly slow.. ðŸ˜
Omg don't even... It's like time is always against us like when we don't want smth it comes so fast and then right before it it's agonizingly slow just to torment and torture us ðŸ˜
i took: english lit (hoping for a 7?) english lang (hoping for a 9) maths (hoping for an 8) physics (hoping for an 8) chemistry (hoping for a 9) biology (hoping for a 7) history (hoping for a 9) german (hoping for an 8) drama (honestly just hoping to pass, so much happened that was out of our control, it was ridiculous) graphic design (hoping for a 6) ethics and philosophy (hoping for a 7) i could just say that i'm hoping for all 9s, but i know that won't happen so that's my more realistic hopes. my parents won't be with me for results day, so i'm hoping my sister or my friends organise something! i'm so so nervous for it, i just want them now! anyone else feel the same?
Of course yes, most of us feel really anxious..... fingers crossed 🤞🤞

It's totally normal to feel nervous about results, but remember, no matter what happens, it'll be alright! Your predictions seem solid, and it looks like you're set up for success. Good luck with it all
Alright. I don’t think I’ll do as well as I hoped, but shouldn’t be disastrous as long as there aren’t any 7s. I think the stress will start kicking in the day before.
Ooooh how did they go?? Good luck with all the rest next week!
I’m so ****ed off about history cos I got an 8, but I don’t know the mark. I literally went from clearing the 9 boundary in the mock by 20% to an 8. Like wtf. I got an A (in add maths; I actually did really well and got 85%) but I’m extra chuffed because I almost dropped it after I got a 7 in the normal gcse paper mock. Feels so good to prove friends and teachers very wrong. Thanks - I’ll need all the luck I can get.

So so fair! it's like time always knows when to stretch out just to mess with people
What subject result are you feeling most confident about?? 🤞
literally so scared because my predicted grades are good but I just have that feeling that I’ve done terribly in like maths and English and I don’t have any backup sixth forms that I want to go to apart from the one the I applied for so idk what im going to do if I don’t get in
I understand your anxiety about waiting for results, it's maHOOsively stressful when there's a lot at stake. But try and keep in mind that predicted grades often are decent reflections on your performance. Whatever the outcome, there will be a path forward, even if it is a bit different from your initial plan. Keeping fingers crossed for you!! 🤞
hii i have 10 days until results day and i am legit freaking outttttt here are my predictions: English language: 8 Engish literature: 9 Biology: 9 Chemistry :9 Physics: 8 History: 8 Music: 8 Art: fail Maths: 9 IGCSE Further Maths:8 AQA Further Maths: 8
Those predicted grades are seriously excellent!!! I know this last week feels like it’s dragging, but you’ll get through it. If you can, try to keep busy with things you enjoy to help the time pass. Do you have any favourite hobbies you like to do?
