Keep getting weird illnesses

Started in May/June. I had these random burning sensations all over my body and a metallic taste in my mouth. Blood test found nothing wrong except low levels of Vitamin D.
Next month. I'm diagnosed with blepharitis/dry eyes, after eye irritation and aches.
Month after that, I have an ache in my left testicle for several weeks and symptoms of a STI/UTI, so far no positive test for an STI.
Now i've woken up with a rash across my scalp and chest which is painful.

I'm sick of getting these random illnesses which have no actual explanation and I'm embarassed to keep on having to go to the doctors especially when there's no apparent cause. I don't know what the helli s going on

Have you been to the doctor? If not go. If you have been, go back. It sounds to me like you need to be referred to someone with a bit more in-depth knowledge than a GP. You could also ring 111 for an appointment.

A couple of years ago, I went through something similar, with random symptoms cropping up that no one could pin down. I felt embarrassed too, constantly returning to the doctor without answers. One thing that helped was keeping a detailed health journal to track symptoms, diet, and stress levels. Have you looked into supplements? I’ve read some Nugenix reviews that mention overall health improvements, though it's always good to consult your doctor first. Hang in there, and don't hesitate to seek a second opinion.
